A general-purpose Approval Workflow Engine that provides unified management of in-company applications from template creation through post-approval auditing. Rather than a single fixed form with an approval button, the focus is on enabling administrators to configure application types, input fields, SLAs, approval routes, and amount conditions, and to operate the entire flow from application submission through approval, rejection, resubmission, and auditing based on those definitions.

• Template Management — Ability to define Dynamic Forms and Conditional Routes for each application type
• 6 Types of Form Fields — Support for Text, Number, Date, Select, Checkbox, and File
• Conditional Branching for Approval Route Determination — Automatic approval path selection based on numeric conditions such as amount
• Multi-stage and Parallel Approvals — Support for both serial multi-stage approvals and parallel approvals that wait for all approvers in the same sequence
• Rejection and Resubmission — Rejection with mandatory comments and resubmission as a new version with change history recorded
• Proxy Approval — Support for proxy approval settings within valid periods
• SLA Management — Deadline approaching and deadline exceeded determination with filtering in Inbox
• Audit Logging — Append-only Audit Trail including SHA-256 chain verification
• Role-Based Access Control — 8 roles: Employee, Manager, Director, Finance, Legal, Executive, Admin, and Auditor

Purchase requests (amount-based routing: manager only / manager → department head / manager → department head → executive), travel requests, contract requests (parallel approval by Legal and Finance), system access requests, equipment purchase requests

Technology Stack

Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Vitest. Responsive design for desktop and mobile (390px), with UI implementation compliant with WCAG 2 A / AA rules.
