The price shown on each app page applies. Sellers set prices, which are displayed as totals including the equivalent consumption tax. Senders choose the tip amount. The Service provides a marketplace for sellers and purchasers; we are not a party to their sales contract.
We charge no fees other than the sale price. Customers bear internet connection and communication charges.
Sellers pay us a uniform platform fee of 10% of paid sales and tips (including payment processor fees).
Credit card payment (processed by Stripe).
Payment is finalized when the purchase procedure is completed.
Access to the app is granted immediately after payment. Downloadable apps become available for immediate download.
The Service constitutes mail-order sales, so the statutory cooling-off system does not apply. Returns and cancellations are subject to the following special terms.
See each app page for its system requirements. Apps are created and distributed by sellers, who are responsible for their operation.
We provide a complaints channel under Japan’s Act on Improving Transparency and Fairness of Digital Platforms for Consumers. Contact us through the contact form. A listing receiving three or more reports is automatically made private.
