A web business system that manages not only contract storage, but also contract registration, deadline management, renewal decisions, version management, cancellation, termination, and audit history in a unified manner. Managers, legal, and accounting teams can confirm the same contract lifecycle, preventing missed renewals and cancellations.

Main Features

Contract Lifecycle Management

• Unified management from contract registration to termination, including contract name, counterparty, contract type, responsible department, start date, end date, contract amount, etc.
• Progress visualization through Status (Draft, Active, Renewal Review, Cancellation in Progress, Expired, Terminated)
• Timeline display for each contract recording creation, execution, renewal, version changes, cancellation notices, and termination

Renewal Management Dashboard

• List display of renewal deadlines approaching, renewals this month, auto-renewals, cancellation notice deadlines approaching, and overdue deadlines
• Workflow management from deadline approach through manager confirmation → renewal decision → approval → new version creation
• Records decision content, comments, approvers, and completion timestamps

Version Management

• Past content is retained even when contract content is updated. Managed as Version 1, Version 2, Version 3, etc.
• Compare key items by displaying current version and past versions side-by-side
• Display differences in contract amount, end date, auto-renewal, renewal cycle, cancellation notice deadline, etc.
• Supports scheduled versions with future effective start dates

Alerts and Notifications

• Automatically calculates critical deadlines from contract end date and cancellation notice days
• Default settings are 90 days before, 60 days before, 30 days before, and overdue. Administrators can set 3-tier notification days
• List display of deadline type, due date, remaining days, and related contracts

Audit History

• Records important operations such as contract creation, status changes, renewal reviews, version creation, cancellation registration, and termination
• Enables tracking of who, when, what, and how changes were made

Role-Based Permissions

• General Staff: View and register assigned contracts
• Administrator: Manage all contracts, versions, renewals, cancellations, and audits
• Legal: Manage all contracts, versions, renewal approvals, cancellations, and confidential files
• Accounting: View all contracts, renewal approvals, and audit confirmation
