An ATS (Applicant Tracking System) that provides unified management from job posting to applicant management, screening, interviews, evaluation, offer, and onboarding. The registration-free demo allows you to experience an actual recruitment flow using 26 fictional candidates and 5 job openings.

Main Features

• Recruitment Pipeline Management: Visualizes 7 stages (Application → Document Screening → First Interview → Second Interview → Final Interview → Offer → Onboarding) in Kanban format
• Candidate Management: Consolidates applicant information, resumes, interview history, and evaluations in a timeline view
• Interview Management: Register date/time, interview type, interviewer, and method. Manage all interviews from a single list
• Evaluation Scorecard: 5-point rating for technical skills, communication, experience, culture fit, and growth potential. Separates evaluations from multiple interviewers and ensures fairness
• Offer Management: Track offer date, response deadline, planned start date, and status
• Recruitment Funnel Analysis: Visualizes number of candidates at each stage, conversion rate from previous stage, and average time-to-hire
• Role-Based Access Control: Separates display and operation permissions for administrators, recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers
• Audit Log: Records all operations (stage changes, interview registration, evaluation submission, offer creation, etc.)
• Undo Function: Allows reverting stage changes. The reversal itself is also recorded in history
