BackStage - Stage Manager

BackStage is a "green room" app for musicians performing live.
Schedule, setlist, songs, sheet music, travel, payment——you can carry everything you need before the performance in one place.
From live house event management to musicians juggling many sessions and gigs, it can be used by both professionals and amateurs.

■ Schedule
View live performances, rehearsals, recordings, and travel all at once on a calendar. You can combine venue, entry time, members, and setlist into one event.

■ "Today" Card on Home
Check the day's schedule, departure time, entry time, setlist, sheet music and lyrics, and payment record right when you open it. On days with no events, it displays the next scheduled event in the same format.

■ Songs and Setlist
Import songs and play/trim them with waveform display. Link multiple sheet music PDFs and lyrics to one song, and play them in setlist order. Supports background playback. Even without internet, songs on your device will play through to the end.

■ Sheet Music and Lyrics
Display multiple sheet music pages together and rearrange them. Sheet music follows along with playback. Lyrics can be displayed and edited on the spot.

■ Travel and Routes
Search routes from departure point to destination. In addition to transfers, fares, and travel time, for flights it supports entering times from flight numbers, connections (multiple segments), and selecting airport terminals. You'll receive a notification shortly before departure. In travel mode, you can check the itinerary of saved routes in large, sequential steps.

■ Payment (Income and Expenses)
Record income and expenses for each performance. Supports withholding tax, consumption tax, and CSV export for tax filing. When you're the organizer, it automatically calculates the per-person distribution amount divided by the number of people.

■ Equipment and Stage Plot
Share equipment checklists and stage layout diagrams (stage plots) with members.

■ Share with Members
Create a project and members join with a 6-character code. Share setlist, schedule, songs, and sheet music, and communicate via chat. If you send an invitation link, the recipient can participate simply by opening the link and logging in.

■ On the Web Too
Access the same data from a web browser on your computer.
