I've renewed the landing page for "YOTEI," a scheduling adjustment app that I personally develop and operate.

This time, rather than adding new features, I've reviewed the page structure and messaging with the goal of more clearly communicating "what problem YOTEI solves" and "what situations it can be used in."
YOTEI is a scheduling coordination app that lets you create candidate dates, share a URL, and collect responses from participants in ◯△× format.
While the features have gradually increased, the LP itself had a challenge: it wasn't sufficiently conveying the service's characteristics and usage scenarios.
In particular:
—information that people want to know before using the service was unclear on the page.
So this time, rather than just adding new features, I reviewed the entire LP to make it easier for first-time visitors to understand YOTEI's value.
Instead of simply listing what YOTEI can do by feature, I reorganized the information from a user perspective: "how does it make scheduling easier?"
The structure now makes it easy to visualize the entire flow of scheduling coordination—from creating candidate dates, aggregating responses, confirming schedules, to calendar integration.
I included specific scenarios where YOTEI can be used: coordinating plans with friends, drinking parties, events, internal and external meetings, and more.
Rather than just explaining features, I focused on making it easy for people to imagine "how I could use this in my situation."
After reading the LP, I redesigned the CTA (Call To Action) placement and in-page navigation so users can proceed directly to event creation.
The goal is a structure where people don't just finish reading the service explanation, but can immediately try it when they become interested.
With this change, my goal wasn't to dramatically redesign the visual appearance itself.
With independently developed services, attention tends to focus on adding features, but if a feature exists but its value doesn't reach users, it won't lead to actual usage.
For this reason, I prioritized making it possible to understand the following just by reading the page from top to bottom:
I also considered users discovering YOTEI for the first time through search engines, and included more specific explanations of the service and use cases than before.
I don't consider the LP complete after this redesign.
Going forward, while monitoring actual usage, I plan to improve based on:
I've come to realize that with independent development, communicating "how to convey the service's value" is just as important as feature development itself.
I'll continue improving YOTEI with the goal of making scheduling coordination as simple and seamless as possible.
