A browser-based tool that detects and safely cleanses notation inconsistencies (whitespace, character width, uppercase/lowercase, phone numbers, postal codes, date formats, etc.) contained in business data from Excel/CSV files (customer master, product master, sales data, etc.).

All processing is completed within the browser using a Local-first design, so input files and data are never sent to a server.

Main Features

• File Loading: Drag & drop, file selection for CSV / XLSX (multiple Sheet support)
• Data Profiling: Automatically calculates number of rows, columns, blank cells, duplicates, estimated data types, unique value counts, etc.
• Issue Detection: Leading/trailing whitespace, mixed full/half-width characters, mixed uppercase/lowercase, inconsistent phone number/postal code/date formats, duplicate rows, etc.
• Column-specific Rule Settings: 11 types of rules including phone number formatting, postal code formatting, date format unification, full/half-width conversion, uppercase/lowercase unification, comma removal, etc.
• Before / After Confirmation: Displays data before and after changes side by side. Highlights changed cells
• Dry Run: Confirms number of cells to be changed, duplicate rows to be deleted, and warning count before execution
• Cleansing Execution: Generates a cleansed copy without modifying the original data
• Validation Dashboard: Re-profiles cleansed data and confirms quality
• Templates: Built-in templates for customer master and product master. User settings can also be saved in the browser
• Export: Outputs CSV / XLSX / cleansing report (change details, warnings, deleted row details)
• Demo Mode: Confirms operation with 3 demos using fictional data
