AutoWingetUpdater

Overview

A tool that automatically updates installed applications to the latest version when logging on to Windows 10/11. Using Task Scheduler, it executes winget upgrade --all with administrator privileges 2 minutes after logon.

Main Features

• Automatic Update Execution: After logon, Task Scheduler automatically initiates winget update processing
• Retry Functionality: Packages that could not be fully updated on the first attempt are automatically retried up to 3 times maximum
• Progress Display: During execution, progress is displayed in the console window. Automatically closes after 30 seconds upon completion (can be closed immediately with key input)
• Event Log Recording: Execution results are recorded in Windows Event Log (アプリケーションとサービス ログ\223n-tech\AutoWingetUpdater)
• Unattended Execution Support: Automatically applies necessary flags for unattended execution, such as auto-accepting terms and suppressing interactive prompts

Setup

Simply double-click install.bat to automatically complete registration with Task Scheduler and configuration of the Event Log channel. Uninstallation is handled by uninstall.bat.
