I have developed and released a free household budget web app called "Kakeibo Board."

It is a web-based household budget service that allows you to record expenses and income, manage fixed costs, manage categories, and analyze your finances.

It is compatible with both smartphones and PCs, and if you register an account, you can sync data across multiple devices.

Personally, I found that existing household budget services had the following issues:

• They assume integration with banks and securities accounts
• They require paid plans
• Their UIs are outdated
• They are difficult to use on PC or not supported at all

So I was creating and managing my own household budget using spreadsheets. I thought, why not turn this into a web service? I developed it with the goal of achieving the same or better user experience.

I put particular thought into the category features to make it easier to understand your spending when reviewing your finances later.

For example, for a drinking party, some people might want to classify it as both "social expenses" and "dining out expenses," so I designed it so that you can attach multiple categories to a single expense.

Rather than simply viewing mechanically classified results, it's an application that lets you organize your spending according to your own sense of things—it's based on traditional household budget apps but automates what can be automated, taking the best of both approaches.

Some people might want to quickly register just the title and amount from their smartphone while out, and then categorize and add notes on their PC later to organize everything (that's exactly my type), so I've prepared a quick input screen with a streamlined UI for quickly registering expenses from your smartphone. (You can also use it from PC.)

There are no paid plans—everything is available for free.
