RENMA is a strength training record app for Android that is not bound by predetermined input fields and allows you to record data tailored to your own training.

In addition to standard weight, reps, and sets, you can also manage records for each side (left/right), differences between gyms and machines, seat position, grip, and your condition on the day.

In addition to tracking changes in weight and reps, you can also compare and analyze custom fields in graphs. You can review differences in machine settings and training conditions, and confirm your progress in detail.

■ Record quickly with minimal operations

Carry over your previous record and adjust only what has changed. You can also set default input values. With scroll input for numerical values and +/− operations, RENMA balances detailed recording with the convenience of daily input.

■ Your data stays with you

Records are saved on your device. Backup, restore, and export in CSV and JSON formats are supported. An import function is also available to transfer existing records to RENMA.
