• Prevents copying before approval; does not auto-send even after approval

Re-evaluation and Activity Log

• Automatically re-evaluates when underlying data changes (payments, promises, etc.)
• Changes old drafts to Stale status after full payment
• Records all operations with rule version tracking

Parses CSV or XLSX (first sheet only) in-browser. Maximum 5 MiB; files are not sent to server.
