About This App

This app records travel expenses using double-entry bookkeeping.
It aims for an intuitive and simple UI that can be operated with one hand while traveling on trains and such.

"It seems like it would be a hassle to keep receipts…"

Don't worry. With this app, you can record your purchases right on the spot.
Of course, you can also keep receipts and record them all at once while traveling or at your hotel.

Since there are no ads, it's extremely lightweight. You don't need to worry about running out of data.

Additionally, data is stored only on your device, so your privacy is secure. You can export data as needed. You can output it as a JSON file and pass it to AI to analyze how to use it.

How to Use

Home

You can create a trip and import JSON. Imported data becomes a new trip, so existing data will not be overwritten.

Trip Menu

You mainly operate from this screen.

Add Transaction

Enter account titles and amounts in the debit and credit columns to record a transaction.

For example, if you had a meal for 800 yen in cash, enter it as follows:

• Debit: Meals 800 yen
• Credit: Cash 800 yen

It also supports transactions combining multiple account titles and payment methods. You cannot save if the total debits and credits do not match.

New account title categories are automatically estimated. If you want to specify a category, enter an identifier as follows:

• 現金:A: Assets
• 買掛金:L: Liabilities
• 旅行資金:E: Equity
• 小遣い:R: Revenue
• 食費:X: Expenses

Transaction Records

You can view registered transactions in a list.

Depending on settings, you can choose to either completely delete incorrect transactions or cancel them with a reversing entry while keeping the original record.

Balance & Summary

You can check the balance of cash, electronic money, etc., and the cumulative totals of meals, travel expenses, etc. for each account title.

Account Titles

You can check the name, category, and classification method of registered account titles.

If the automatically estimated category is incorrect, you can correct it from here.

JSON Export

You can save your trip's accounting data as a JSON file.

It can be used for backups, migration to another device, or passed to AI to analyze spending trends.

End/Delete Trip

Completed trips can be marked as "Completed." If you need to enter data again, you can resume editing.

If you delete a trip, the transactions and account titles included in that trip will also be deleted. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

Settings

You can change and check the following items:

• Theme: Light, Dark, or System
• Whether to physically delete transactions or register reversing entries
• App version
• Open source licenses

About Data

Accounting data is stored on your device, and the app does not automatically send it to external servers.

Data may be deleted when you uninstall the app. Please export important data as JSON.

Cautions

This app is for individuals to record travel expenses. It is not accounting software intended for tax filing or corporate accounting.

We do not guarantee that the estimated account title categories are correct. Please check the category displayed during input.
