Write both "line items" and "payment terms" together in the quotation

Crewbook's quotation has fields for line items by work item (quantity, unit price, tax rate) and payment terms. If you want to receive payment in separate installments like an advance payment and balance payment, you can set the payment schedule with the amount for each installment.

Create the contract from the quotation

Once agreed, create the contract from the quotation. The line items, total amount, payment terms, and payment schedule are carried over to the contract, so you don't need to re-enter the amounts. The merge fields for "total compensation" and "payment terms" in the contract body are also filled in from the quotation content.

Create the invoice from "the installment not yet invoiced"

For projects with a payment schedule set, when you create an invoice, Crewbook creates the invoice with the amount of the first installment not yet invoiced (for example: advance payment). When you create the next one, it's the balance installment, and so on—Crewbook determines how far you've invoiced. The invoice also includes the overall payment plan, so clients can confirm which portion of the payment plan this invoice covers.

請求書は「まだ請求していない回」から作る

支払いスケジュールを設定した案件では、請求書を作成すると、まだ請求していない最初の回（例: 着手金）の金額で請求書ができます。次に作成すると残金の回、というように、どこまで請求したかをCrewbookが判定します。請求書には全体のお支払い計画も添えられるので、クライアントも今回の請求がどの分かを確認できます。
