睡眠日誌を更新しました（Ver.0.20.0）

Changes Made

1. Added the ability to record meals.

The timeline now has two rows: the first row records sleep, in-bed wakefulness, and strong drowsiness, and the second row records medication (✕) and meals (○) (when they overlap in the same time period, ✕ is displayed within ○).

1. Added remarks displayed below each day, and made the printed/PDF reports easier to view by dividing one month into two pages (first half and second half).

Added a "Meals (times)" column to the CSV (since the column order has changed, please verify if you are importing using column positions in spreadsheet software, etc.).

変更したこと

1．食事を記録できるようにしました。

タイムラインが2行になり、1行目に睡眠・在床覚醒・強い眠気、2行目に服薬（✕）と食事（○）を記録します（同じ時間帯に重なった場合は○の中に✕で表示）。

2．各日の下に備考を表示し、印刷・PDFの帳票は1か月を前半・後半の2ページに分けて見やすくしました。

CSVに「食事（回）」の列を追加しています（列の並びが変わるため、表計算ソフト等で列の位置を使った取り込みをしている場合はご確認ください）。
