An agent that handles miscellaneous app operations tasks at night and passes only matters requiring judgment to you in the morning.

When you're releasing apps independently, every morning starts with checking reviews, verifying cancellations, and confirming crashes. Each task takes about 5 minutes, but with three apps, it quietly eats away at your development time.
Indie App Ops Agent handles these operational tasks on a schedule during the night and delivers only the "items requiring judgment" to you in the morning as a brief report. For low-rating reviews, it even prepares draft responses. It reports abnormalities in cancellation rates and crash rates with supporting numbers.
What I wanted wasn't a dashboard. A dashboard just adds one more thing you have to remember to open. I built something that works while you're not looking and only taps you on the shoulder when there's something you actually need to decide.
There are three execution modes: offline (no cloud needed, runs in CI), demo (anyone can try with just AWS credentials), and live (connects to actual Play Developer API, RevenueCat, and Crashlytics).
Tech stack: Strands Agents SDK / Claude on Amazon Bedrock / Bedrock AgentCore Runtime / DynamoDB / EventBridge Scheduler / SES.
