Drawing from experience in both the IT industry and as an administrative scrivener, I thought that an app could address the needs not only of the elderly, but also of those with health concerns or those who wish to leave their legacy—and that's how this began.
What we focused on was "everyday usability."
While there are ending note apps available in the market, taking time to create an ending note is cumbersome, and having to update it afterward is also troublesome.
Ideally, we wanted a tool that is useful in daily life—something like "a chair you can use normally every day, but can also serve as disaster prevention supplies when needed."
From this concept, 'PassKeep' was born—a tool that "normally functions as an account and password management tool, and in case of emergency, enables the succession of these accounts, which are the keys to important assets."

デジタルコンテンツが増え、ビットコインなどの暗号化資産にとどまらず電子マネー、SNSアカウントや電子書籍、各種サブスクリプションなど 個人が保有するデジタル資産は増加の一途をたどっています。
サブスクにたくさん加入している人、電子マネーメインの人、投資している人。 「自分が亡くなった後、この資産が無駄になってしまうのでは」「家族に遺したい」。そんな不安を解消したいというのがきっかけです。

IT業界×行政書士の経験から、必ずしも高齢者だけではなく、 健康に不安を持つ人や、遺志を残したい、というニーズに、アプリで応えられれば、と思ったのが発端です。
こだわったのは「普段使いできること」です。
世間にはエンディングノートアプリなどもありますが、時間を取ってエンディングノートを作るのは面倒だし、その後更新しないといけないのも面倒。
できれば、「普段は椅子として普通に使えるけど、いざというときには防災グッズとして使えますよ」みたいな、普段の役に立つツールが良いと考えました。
そこから、「普段はアカウント・パスワード管理ツールとして使え、万が一の際には、重要な資産のカギであるこれらのアカウントを引き継げる仕組み」をコンセプトとした『PassKeep』が誕生しました。
