What stood out was that "visitors come to the top page but leave without progressing to the tool details."
Because of this, I've done a major overhaul of the top page five times so far.
In addition, during spare time and late nights, I repeatedly did the following:

Another thing I continued was access speed.
Features tend to make the site heavier each time they're added, so I regularly checked PageSpeed Insights and Lighthouse, trying to maintain a perfect score as much as possible.

今回は、1000PV までに「何を続けたか」を残しておきます。

だからトップページの大改修を、これまでに5回やっています。
あわせて、空いた時間や深夜に次のようなことを繰り返しました。
派手な施策というより、「今日も少し直す」を積み重ねた、という感じです。
もうひとつ続けたのが、アクセス速度です。
機能を足すたびに重くなりがちなので、PageSpeed Insights と Lighthouse を定期的に確認し、できるだけ満点を維持するようにしていました。
ただし、スコアはネットワークの混雑などでも揺れるので、実務上は 90点以上ならOK と決めています。

そこで SNS まわりや、学習・ゲームにも焦点を当て、少しずつ「もう一度開きたくなる」方向へ寄せてきました。
