If one person has Personal, the whole family can use it.

If One Person Has Personal, the Whole Family Can Use It. Start Sharing Family Documents for ¥300/Month

School and daycare newsletters, insurance certificates, contracts, notices from local governments.

The documents that come to a household aren't always meant to be used only by the person who received them.

Some things need to be confirmed by both spouses, while others are schedules that the entire family needs to know about. Sometimes you want to check documents from parents living far away when needed.

However, in reality:

• You don't know where you stored it.
• It got lost in the family LINE chat.
• You have to ask the person who has the document every time.
• The schedule is in the calendar, but you can't find the original newsletter.

These things happen.

With YourNaré, you can share these household documents in a "family group."

If one representative has Personal, other family members can participate with Free.
With YourNaré's family sharing, not all family members need to subscribe to a paid plan.
If one family representative subscribes to the Personal plan at ¥300/month and creates a family group, invited family members can participate while staying on the Free plan.

If One Person Has Personal, the Whole Family Can Use It.

Up to 6 people can participate in one family group.
Even if 5 family members use it, you don't pay monthly fees per person. With just ¥300/month for one representative, you can share family documents and schedules.

With the Personal plan, you can create up to 3 family groups.
For example:

• Your own household
• Parents living far away
• Family including siblings

You can manage different groups of people to share with.

If the Personal plan representative creates a family group, invited family members can check shared documents and schedules while staying on the Free plan.

---

What the Personal Plan Representative Does

• The family representative first prepares for sharing.
• Create a family group
• Invite family members to the group
• Link with Google Drive
• Link with Google Calendar
• Register documents
• Extract schedules from documents using AI

The linking settings with Google Drive and Google Calendar, and AI schedule extraction, are done by the Personal plan representative.

By having the representative create the foundation for sharing, invited family members can check shared documents and schedules without having to do complicated setup.

Family members on the Free plan can use this much.

Members invited to a family group can use the following features even without subscribing to the Personal plan:

• Check documents shared in the family group.
• Register documents in the family group and share them.
• Extract schedules from documents using AI. ※
※Consumes the family group representative's schedule extraction count.
• Check schedules in the family calendar.
• Check the original document from a calendar event.
• Search for documents from LINE
• Search for documents from Claude AI
• Quickly access necessary documents

You can only see documents and schedules within the family groups you're invited to.

You can't see other family groups or the representative's entire Google Drive.

For calendars shared in family groups, invited members can only view them in read-only mode.

You can check not just the schedule, but the original newsletter too

Even if you register an event from a school newsletter into Google Calendar, after some time passes:

What was I supposed to bring for this event again?

This can happen.

With YourNaré, you can link the original document to events registered in Google Calendar.

Family members can not only check the schedule, but also see the original school newsletter or notice that the schedule came from.

For example, for a field trip schedule, you can open the original newsletter from the calendar and check the meeting time and what to bring.

You don't need to search for documents and schedules separately.

We made it a system you can trust because these are important documents

With YourNaré, the original documents you register are saved in your own Google Drive.

We don't use a system where all originals are deposited in a unique storage location that only YourNaré operators can access.

Also, instead of freely browsing your entire Google Drive, you use a YourNaré-specific folder.
Therefore, even if you stop using YourNaré in the future, the original documents you saved will remain in your Google Drive.

When starting the Free plan, you don't need to register a credit card.

The Free plan won't automatically switch to the Personal plan, and no charges will occur.

Because this is a service that handles important documents related to daily life, we value not just convenience, but a system where you can start with peace of mind.

How families can use this

Share school and daycare newsletters with your spouse.

If the person who received the newsletter registers it in YourNaré, the other person can check the content from their smartphone.
If you register event schedules in Google Calendar, it becomes easier to coordinate the family's schedule too.

Check insurance certificates and contracts as a family

You can share insurance certificates and contract documents for housing, cars, communication services, and more with your family.
Even if the person who made the contract isn't available, family members can find the necessary documents.

Check documents from parents living far away

You can invite parents living far away to a family group and share important documents.
While receiving an explanation about documents from your parents over the phone, your family can also see and check the same documents.

Start by saving just one newsletter

You don't need to organize all the documents in your home from the start. First, just save one school or daycare newsletter that arrives next.

You can also take multiple photos with your smartphone and register them together as a single PDF.

Once you save it, family members can check the document whenever they need it. If there's a schedule written on it, you can also register it in Google Calendar and share it.

---

Not all family members need to be on a paid plan.

You can start managing family documents with just ¥300/month for one representative.

Instead of having only the person who received important documents manage them, we want necessary family members to be able to check them when needed.
That's what YourNaré's family group is.

YourNaré is available from the Free plan.

No credit card registration required. First, try saving just one nearby document like a school newsletter.

※Linking settings with Google Drive and Google Calendar, AI schedule extraction, and invitations to family groups are done by the Personal plan representative.

---

Personal

• Google Drive
• Google

Free
