Basically, I create apps to solve my own inconveniences.
The online business card system started from a strong frustration: "Why do I have to keep spending money on something as meaningless as paper business cards?"
At first, it was simple—when someone scanned the QR code, a mockup business card I'd pre-made in Photoshop would just display on their phone. That was the limit of what I could do back then.
But thanks to AI, I was able to save business card data in a database and retrieve it anytime. Beyond that, the usability improved dramatically.
I always intended to connect this business card system with a CRM from the start. And a proprietary CRM at that.
With this too, I was dissatisfied with the two major CRMs being difficult to use, so I systematically eliminated all the pain points and created something good.
I created the Werewolf game because I love Werewolf but couldn't play it without enough people, so I made a version you can play alone.
I created a clipboard manager that can organize into multiple groups because the standard clipboard can only save one item.
I wanted something that could easily create various databases like inventory management, so I made it.
I wanted to create Gantt charts, but there was nothing convenient to use, so I made one.
The latest one—the tedious process of pasting screenshots into Paint and then applying pixelation in another software—I made something that does it all at once.
Everything was created out of genuine, pressing personal necessity.
That's why I'll maintain and improve them even if others don't use them.
If these were things I don't use myself—things I imagined others would use—I might abandon maintenance halfway through. Especially if they're free, I have no right to complain.
But since I use all of these myself, I can keep going as long as I'm alive.
I think that kind of thing is strong.
