Vital Statistics System (Municipal Standard/Reference Implementation Demo)

This is a reference implementation demo that allows you to experience creating and managing vital statistics survey forms such as births and deaths in a browser. It is one of the 20 standard operations for local governments. Data is managed in-memory for demo purposes and is deleted at any time.
