Solicitation Trouble Map

The Solicitation Trouble Map is a free website where users can share their experiences with solicitation and consumer troubles on a map.

You can switch between detailed maps of Japan's prefectures and municipalities and a world map, allowing you to view reports by region and learn about similar tactics. The site supports both Japanese and English, and published texts are available in both machine-translated English and the original language.

Browsing requires no registration. To report damage, email confirmation or login is required, and reports are reflected within the scope of your consent to publication. You can report even if you were only solicited or have not entered into a contract. The site also provides guidance on consultations and procedures.

Reports are based on the reporter's statements and do not constitute confirmation of facts, illegality, or company involvement. The number of reports does not indicate the level of danger.
