Delivery Signature (Demae-Shomei)

This is an open-source reference implementation that supports "paper signature collection" needed for mayoral recalls and ordinance enactment petitions through a ride-sharing experience like food delivery. When voters request a visit, a signature collector (the person responsible for gathering signatures) comes to their home with a signature sheet.
