What you need to do is surprisingly simple.
Change the name (SSID) of your shop or home Wi-Fi router to "LM-Z_FREE-WiFi" and set the password to "none".
No registration or application required. It costs nothing.
Why did we start this?
There are three reasons.

1. Because we wanted to create a place where anyone can connect
2. Because it can be done without money or effort
3. Because we wanted to make the town a little kinder
   During disasters, while traveling, when you've hit your data limit.
   "I can use the Wi-Fi that's there without having to ask for the password" — we wanted to increase that sense of security throughout the town.
   The official website supports routers from 44 manufacturers in total.
   For BUFFALO it's 192.168.11.1, for NEC it's atterm.me...
   Once you select your manufacturer, you can set it up in 4 steps.
   You can even start from smartphone tethering if you don't have a router.
