This is a simple check-in reminder app for people living alone to prevent forgetting to contact their family and relatives. You register the desired contact frequency and last contact date for each person, and the app displays them in order of who needs to be contacted, with color-coding to notify you. You can also record the content of your previous conversation in the memo section.
