This targets HTTPS links containing gofile, twimg, or mvfile in the URL. X can be used as an entry point for searching and finding links on X. It is a browser extension that applies viewing restrictions to Chrome/Microsoft Edge tabs, and pages and videos are loaded directly from the original sites.
