AI Schedule

What is AI Timetable?

Overview

AI Timetable is a student-oriented app that makes it easy to check daily classes and schedules.
Beyond just viewing your timetable, you can confirm your schedule through natural language conversation with an AI chat.

You can use it just like you would normally ask an AI questions—"What's my schedule today?" "What classes do I have tomorrow?"—and so on.
Basic timetable operations are handled within the app, with AI being utilized when needed.

What is AI Timetable?

AI Timetable is an Android app that combines a timetable with AI chat, allowing you to check your school schedule in a more natural way.

Its key feature is the ability to ask questions using natural language, rather than just following predetermined operations.

---

AI and In-App Processing

Rather than relying entirely on AI, we separate timetable information and date processing that can be handled within the app from tasks that require AI.

We prioritize a structure where content that can be processed on the device is handled as much as possible within the app, with AI API being used only when necessary.

This aims to reduce unnecessary processing sent to AI and improve both the response experience and usability.

• Even without using AI, the app can be used as a standard timetable app.

---

AI Chat

AI Chat is continuously improved with a focus on ease of use on smartphones.

• Flexible Date Expressions: We support relative date expressions like "today," "tomorrow," "yesterday," and "the day before yesterday," allowing you to check your timetable in a way that closely resembles natural conversation.
• Clear Settings: We aim for a structure where settings and API keys necessary for AI use can be operated as intuitively as possible.

---

Chat Input

We've improved the layout so that the entire app doesn't move unnaturally when the keyboard is displayed, creating a structure where you can operate with the chat body as the focus.

• Auto-Expansion: The input field remains compact for short text but automatically expands to multiple lines for longer text.
• Long Text Support: For sufficiently long text, you can scroll within the input field, and the expanded editing mode makes it easier to review and edit your text.
• Intuitive UI: We've adjusted the input field's rounded corners, height, and send button status display to achieve a natural feel as a generative AI chat app.

---

Timetable Function

We organize the timetable, which forms the foundation of the app, for easy viewing, creating a structure where you can switch between standard timetable display and AI-based schedule confirmation.

We continuously improve it as a timetable app where you can not only "view" but also "ask questions to confirm" your schedule.

---

UI and Design

We organize the roles of timetable, AI chat, settings, and other elements clearly, aiming for a simple UI that's easy to use daily on smartphones.

We support both light mode and dark mode, continuously adjusting visibility and operability.

---

Version 4.1

In version 4.1, we particularly improved the input experience for AI chat.

• Multi-line input based on input content
• Expanded editing for long text input
• Scrolling within the input field
• Adjustment of input field rounded corners and height
• Improved send button status display
